Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution and implementation of technology projects, coordinate teams, and ensure project success and client satisfaction. Ensure project scope, schedule, and quality are met **About the Role** We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution and implementation of technology projects for White Lion Technology’s clients, acting as the primary coordination point between client teams and WLT’s internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, and objectives are achieved, managing risks, expectations, and dependencies to guarantee successful implementation and client satisfaction. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and/or related fields. * 5–10 years of experience in similar roles or responsibilities. * Specialization and/or postgraduate studies in Project Management are desirable. * Project management certifications (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly valued. **Knowledge Areas** Project Management (PMP), resource planning and capacity management, project lifecycle, progress monitoring and reporting, risk identification and escalation. **Leadership Competencies** (for positions with direct reports) Global mindset, adaptability, self-development and development of others, influence with integrity. **Tools** Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Power BI/Tableau, Office 365 suite, generative AI tools applied to project management. **Reporting Relationships** Report progress to the leadership team and directly coordinate with clients on executing the agreed scope within budget and timeline.
