Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to supervise occupational safety and health, conduct inspections, and manage SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) documentation. Currently, we are seeking the best talent to fill the position of **OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduated Engineer and/or Bachelor (MANDATORY); supporting documentation must be provided. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision or prevention of safety, health, occupational health, and environment, preferably in Oil & Gas, construction, industrial plants, or similar sectors. * Specialized training course in Industrial Safety or Safety and Environment. * Certifications for high-risk work and proven experience (work at height, confined space entry, critical load lifting, electrical work, deep excavation, cold/hot work). * Certified experience in construction site supervision roles. * Certified experience in construction or industrial companies. * Hazard identification and risk assessment. * Willingness to work throughout Lima and provinces. * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic site inspections. * Supervise workers on site. * Report, investigate, and document workplace incidents and accidents. * Deliver SST induction training to new personnel. * Assist in recording and tracking PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) distribution. * Control and archive documents related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST).
