The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking the best talent to fill the position of: **FUNCTIONAL INSTRUCTOR.** **FUNCTIONS:** * Design and deliver functional training sessions adapted to participants’ different fitness levels and goals. * Assess participants’ physical condition and adjust training programs according to their needs. * Motivate and supervise participants, ensuring proper exercise execution. * Guarantee safety and hygiene in the use of equipment and training facilities. * Foster a participatory, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere during classes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student or graduate in Physical Education or Sports (Desirable) * 3–6 months of experience performing similar duties * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work three times per week from 7:00 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/600.00 * Formal payroll registration from day one * Pleasant work environment Position type: Part-time Salary: S/.600.00 per month Scheduled hours: 3 per week Work location: On-site employment
