Leading company with clients in the Mining sector is looking for the best talents to take on the position of **SUPERVISOR SSOMA** in **Marcona.** **What you will do with us:** * Comply with the policy of impartiality, independence, confidentiality (Code of Ethics), as well as comply with the Quality Policy. * Supervise and monitor compliance with the company's and client's SSOMA program. * Verify compliance with the internal safety and occupational health regulations of the mining titleholder and the company. * Coordinate the scheduling of safety talks applicable to the project. * Coordinate training in fire prevention, fire extinguisher use practice, and first aid. * Develop the project's emergency response plan. * Develop the annual Occupational Health and Safety plan. * Develop, in coordination with the project manager, the PETS and update their procedures. * Prepare and submit the monthly SSOMA report to the client and the company's HSE Manager. * Review, issue, and archive incident reports, planned task observations, 5-minute talks, trainings, group meetings, and scheduled laboratory inspections. * Develop, review, disseminate, and conduct training for the Training Matrix and IPERC Training Program. **What we need from you:** * Hold a licensed and registered university degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Hygiene and Safety, or related fields to the SSOMA area.
