




Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Security Agents for PROTECCION-VIP, performing supervision, training, client visits, and security assessments to enhance service delivery. Currently, we are seeking Security Agents for the San Isidro area with the following profile: Location: Lurín Salary: 3000 Requirements: 2 years of experience Intermediate computer skills Conduct interviews of Regional Supervisors and Security Agents with support from the Administration Manager. Class A2B driver’s license (desirable) L4 firearms license (desirable) Valid Sucamec course certification (mandatory) Conduct training and supervision meetings with supervisors and security agents. Perform client visits as needed to resolve queries and provide solutions to issues arising from our services. Conduct security assessments at service units to identify threats of potential adverse events, as well as associated damages and consequences. Collect service incident reports, recording incidents to ensure timely control and immediate resolution. Issue instructions and define specific functions and procedures for assigned personnel to improve service quality. Prepare reports for the Operations Manager when required. Coordinate with supervisors to organize shift schedules for service units so that staff understand their service roles. Coordinate deployment, installation, modifications, or replacements of security equipment as required at service units where we provide Security and Surveillance services. Consistently know, comply with, and disseminate company policies and procedures, including the internal work regulations, occupational health and safety regulations, organizational and functional manual, etc. Consistently promote institutional values and foster an optimal working environment within your team. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned.
