We value proactivity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments. Requirements and Education: * **Education:** Completed secondary education. Technical training in Gastronomy, Restaurant Services, or Hospitality is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions, with proven experience in direct guest service and order management. * **Skills:** Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, suggestive selling techniques, and basic food safety and hygiene knowledge (HACCP). Main Responsibilities: * **Specialized Service:** Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring an agile and satisfying dining experience from arrival to departure. * **Order Management:** Accurately and efficiently take orders, ensuring proper communication with the kitchen/bar area to minimize errors and waiting times. * **Dining Room Leadership:** Supervise correct table setup, area cleanliness, and overall order, serving as a mentor for junior waiters or support staff. * **Suggestive Selling:** Promote strategic menu items, daily specials, and add-ons, increasing the average check through in-depth knowledge of the menu. * **Quality Control:** Verify that dishes and beverages meet presentation and temperature standards before delivery to the table. * **Payment Processing and Closing:** Process bills, handle various payment methods, and ensure accurate sales reporting at the end of the shift. * **Conflict Resolution:** Address and channel customer complaints or issues assertively, providing immediate solutions to ensure guest loyalty. **Position Type:** Full-time / Rotating shifts.
