Join our team! **Position:** Collection Advisor – Written-off Portfolio **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 12 PM **Main responsibilities:** * Contact and negotiate with clients holding written-off debts, proposing **realistic payment agreements**. * Record and monitor **payment commitments**. * Meet assigned **individual portfolio recovery targets**. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 months’ experience in written-off portfolio collection** (preferably within financial institutions, cooperatives, or other entities in the sector). * **Minimum education:** Completed secondary school. * Outstanding skills in **communication, negotiation, and handling objections under pressure**.
