The requirements are as follows: **Requirements:** **Education:** Final-year student, bachelor’s degree holder, or recent graduate in Architecture. **Experience:** 6–12 months of experience in construction companies (including internships). **Technical Knowledge:** \- Software proficiency: AutoCAD (intermediate), Revit (basic/intermediate), SketchUp (intermediate). \- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents. \- Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and construction budgeting. \- Familiarity with construction technical regulations (Peruvian Technical Standards A.010, A.020). \- Knowledge of budgeting, rendering, and 3D modeling. **Responsibilities:** · Prepare and update architectural drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp according to project specifications. · Support the preparation of quantity take-offs, budgets, descriptive reports, technical specifications, and other technical documents. · Conduct field surveys and measurements, generating accurate reports and data for planning purposes. · Participate in project conceptualization and development of architectural proposals, incorporating aesthetic, functional, and regulatory criteria. · Support interdisciplinary coordination among architecture, engineering, and specialized disciplines. · Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for clients or authorities. · Maintain up-to-date digital and physical archives of drawings and technical documents. · Support administrative tasks related to the department (deliverable tracking, quotations, schedules). · Comply with current safety, quality, and regulatory standards applicable to the construction sector. · Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Employment Conditions** \- Initial 3-month probationary contract, with possibility of extension and permanent employment based on performance. \- Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours (3 days on-site, 3 days remote). \- Availability to work in Santiago de Surco (Reference: Puente Primavera). \- PEN 1,300. **Interested candidates please complete the following form:** https://forms.gle/QVrp7V8Zv1HswGNT8 Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to PEN 1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
