Job Summary: We are seeking an Underground Mining Assistant responsible for supporting blasting operations, inspecting work areas, and performing cleaning tasks, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Professional development in an underground mining environment. **Underground Mining Assistant** *Location: Mining project* *Work regime: Mining (camp-based)*. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation, transportation, and loading of explosives. * Support blasting operations under the supervision of the blaster. * Comply with safety procedures and explosive handling protocols. * Inspect area conditions before and after blasting. * Perform cleaning and conditioning of working faces. * Participate in safety meetings and comply with IPERC. * Report incidents, unsafe acts, or substandard conditions. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in underground mining (experience in blasting preferred). * Basic knowledge of explosive handling (preferred). * Willingness to work at high altitude (+4000 msnm). **Competencies:** * Responsibility and discipline. * Teamwork. * Commitment to safety. * Proactivity and continuous learning. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Meals, accommodation, and transportation provided. * Growth opportunity in the mining sector.
