You will help accelerate our clients’ business outcomes through innovation in state-of-the-art digital products. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Lead the assigned team to achieve committed OKRs and KPIs. * Cross-functional coordination with business and IT departments. * Participate in and/or lead working meetings with the team, as well as with business and IT departments. * Propose value-driven initiatives to your team for process improvement and operational efficiency. * Define and track projects (roadmap, business case, budget, team management, negotiation). * Deliver presentations to senior management, conduct meetings, and provide support. * Other related duties. **Requirements and Skills** * Professionals holding degrees in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; with \+2 years of experience as Project Lead or Project Manager. * Knowledge of PMP, Scrum, MS Project, Jira, and MS Office. * Experience managing project budgets. * Experience managing projects related to Development, Sandbox Decommissioning, and Microservices. * Experience in financial projects (Banking, Microfinance — highly desirable). **About Encora** Encora is the preferred partner for digital engineering and modernization for some of the world’s leading enterprises and native digital companies.
