Carefully receive and verify the information contained in Anatomopathological Test Orders before initiating transcription, ensuring that the information is clear and complete. 2\. Fully transcribe the information from Anatomopathological Test Orders into Pathological Test Reports. 3\. Carefully review and edit Pathological Test Reports to ensure the integrity and clarity of the information contained. 4\. Timely deliver Pathological Test Reports to their designated recipients, in accordance with the Operations Analyst’s guidelines. 5\. Verify and enter automatically generated IHQ tests, ensuring correct billing and system registration. 6\. Verify and enter automatically generated special tests, ensuring correct billing and system registration. 7\. Assist in preparing customer settlements. 8\. Ensure customer satisfaction. 9\. Supervise staff assigned to the client’s branch. **Requirements:** Completed technical studies (preferred) / administrative and/or laboratory knowledge. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
