**COMPETENCIES**
**EDUCATION**
**Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related fields.**
* Specialization or diplomas in project management, construction planning and control, and use of specialized software (BIM, AutoCAD, Project Management, among others).
**EXPERIENCE**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector in technical management or coordination roles.
* Specific experience as Technical Office Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles in large-scale construction projects.
**OTHER KNOWLEDGE**
**(DESIRABLE)**
· Proficiency in design and planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other related programs.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Understanding of current regulations and standards applicable to the construction industry.
· Experience in preparing and reviewing drawings and technical documents.
· Knowledge of project administration.
· Basic knowledge of Lean Construction and BIM.
· Skills in preparing technical reports and construction progress reports.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Prepare, review, and manage project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents.
* Plan and monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to the established schedule (GANTT, PERT, CPM).
* Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
* Control costs, budgets, and valuations, ensuring sound financial management of the project.
* Prepare and approve biweekly or monthly valuations in accordance with contractual terms.
* Monitor the preparation, submission, and approval of material and equipment submittals to supervision or the client.
* Prepare the project's Operating Result and support its technical-financial analysis before Management.
* Prepare technical reports, construction progress reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.
* Support the management of documentation required for project execution.
* Use project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit/BIM) to optimize planning and execution of work.
* Identify technical, contractual, or scheduling risks and propose corrective solutions to improve project efficiency.
* Ensure accurate updating and control of all technical and administrative project documents.
* Thoroughly review the project contract. In case of any doubts or discrepancies, communicate them to the Contract Review Committee.
* Manage construction change orders and control changes arising during project execution.
