We are looking for a **Junior Community Manager and Content Creator** with experience in social media management, content creation, and paid campaigns. **Main Responsibilities:** * Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.). * Content creation (posts, reels, stories, videos). * Content strategies focused on: * **Candidate recruitment** (initial phase). * **Customer acquisition** (subsequent phase). * Management of paid campaigns and payment tracking. * Message and community engagement. * Analysis of results and metrics. **Requirements:** * Experience in social media management. * Knowledge of digital content creation. * Basic/intermediate experience in paid advertising. * Organizational skills and responsibility in budget management. * Strong communication skills and creativity. **Ideal Profile:** * Proactive, creative, and strategic. * Results-oriented. * Ability to attract talent and customers. **Work Mode:** In-person — Lince **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (1-hour lunch break) Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 — S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience creating content using your own editing software?
