




Job Summary: Provide field technical support to customers, ensuring the installation, configuration, and operation of technological equipment and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support for Android systems and applications with MDM Provide field technical support to partners/customers, ensuring correct installation, configuration, and operation of the company's technological equipment and systems. Main Responsibilities: Conduct on-site technical visits to partners (Metropolitan Lima). Install and organize equipment racks (electrical and communication). Configure, install, and maintain tablets, displays, TVs, and Android devices. Administer and configure devices using Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions. Provide basic technical support for installed systems and applications. Verify connectivity, cabling, and proper operation of equipment. Document completed work, incidents, and resolutions. Coordinate with central support or development teams when necessary. Essential Requirements: Experience in field technical support (mandatory). Own motorcycle and valid documentation (essential). Knowledge of rack installation. Experience configuring Android tablets and similar devices. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune (configuration and enrollment). Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, routers, IP). Availability for field work.
