




We are looking for an HR Coordinator! At Andes Panda, we continue to grow and want to welcome an HR Manager to our team who will strategically lead talent management, ensuring efficient personnel administration, compensation, and labor compliance processes, aligned with the organization’s objectives and the requirements of the construction sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Talent Management processes: attraction, development, and retention of employees. * Manage the Performance Evaluation process, improvement plans, and organizational climate. * Payroll, bonuses, and CTS administration. * Handle and manage SUNAFIL inspections. * Implement recruitment and retention strategies focused on the construction sector. * Design and implement evaluation systems aligned with corporate objectives. * Analyze HR management indicators and KPIs, proposing continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and on-site safety standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of performance management, talent development, and HR KPIs. * HR Management certifications (preferred). * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced English (preferred).
