




Job Description We are looking for a Junior Chef or Kitchen Assistant with experience and aspirations to become a junior chef. The ideal candidate must have experience in food preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen areas. Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation (chopping, plating, garnishing). * Preparation of Creole menu items as well as dishes featuring a variety of fish, seafood, and Creole cuisine. * Maintain cleanliness of common kitchen areas. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Schedule * Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm * Sunday off Requirements * Minimum 1 year of work experience in a kitchen. * Copy of ID document (DNI) * Copy of electricity or water bill * Health certificate * References from previous jobs Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.400.00 - S/.450.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
