We are seeking top talent to fill the position of: WAREHOUSE AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT. Responsibilities: Lead the team. Supervise, guide, and assign responsibilities to warehouse operators (storage tasks, order preparation, cleaning, etc.). Evaluate each employee’s performance and ensure proper execution of duties. Lead receiving and dispatch operations. The warehouse coordinator must plan required steps and ensure their implementation. Additionally, they will make decisions in case of unforeseen situations. Inventory control. Track all goods, including finished products and raw materials. Stockouts have a highly negative impact on business operations (e.g., delayed order deliveries, damage to corporate image), and must therefore be strictly avoided. Optimize warehouse space. Logically and efficiently organize warehouse layout. Effective spatial organization improves operational efficiency and enables staff to locate items more quickly. Plan logistics strategy. Ensure smooth operation of all warehouse activities. Develop KPIs or management indicators, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, control, and continuous improvement of logistics operations. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in food industry management, focused on compliance with policies related to control, order, safety, documentation, and hygiene. This includes: Developing procurement, storage, and production supply policies (i.e., the company’s internal logistics). Determining and organizing distribution and delivery processes for each product. Supervising picking operations. Ensuring smooth material flow and analyzing ways to improve and refine all processes. Optimizing processes to reduce costs, delivery timelines, and transport routes. Preventing incidents and warehouse deterioration by implementing safety and maintenance measures. Workplace: Activities take place at our facility located at Ate Vitarte 163. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Requirements: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse control and supervisory roles. Preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or distribution sectors. Technical Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing), Power BI. Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems. Management indicators such as service level, dispatch effectiveness, growth metrics, picking accuracy, etc. Good warehousing practices.
