Entrusting your project to us will be the best decision; our reputation with clients is our strongest calling card. **Job Description** **What will be your mission?** To oversee project execution in accordance with the plans, descriptive memorandum, and technical specifications established in the project, aligned with the budget, technical and safety standards, ethics, and within the scheduled budgetary and contractual limits—ensuring client and company satisfaction. **Your main responsibilities will be:** ● Directly responsible for the technical and administrative execution and management of the assigned project. ● Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical and administrative staff under your supervision. ● Execute the project according to the technical specifications outlined in the approved technical file, carrying out corresponding quality controls as well as placement of milestones and reference points. ● Organize and monitor activities ensuring appropriate physical progress of the project, optimizing the use of mechanical equipment, materials, and labor resources. ● Submit biweekly Technical Reports and the Final Financial Management Report on project execution. ● Lead project planning, delivering weekly planning reports via the Last Planner System (Constraint Analysis with responsible parties), Procurement Schedule, and Weekly Requirements. ● Ensure timely submission of Valuations (for Client and Subcontractors), extras, deductions, change controls, RDIs, Submittals, etc. ● Manage procurement of suppliers and subcontractors involved in the project, participating in their selection and continuously evaluating their performance (Pareto analysis, comparative assessments, performance evaluations). ● Optimally manage relationships and communications with Supervision, Client, Municipality, and neighbors to prevent potential issues that could negatively impact the project. ● Deliver biweekly Management Indicators for Cost, Time, Quality, and Safety. ● Submit, upon project closure, the Administrative, Quality, and Safety Documentation Closure Certificate. ● Lead organization-wide dissemination of policies, regulations, plans, procedures, and general training related to administrative processes, Quality, and Safety. ● Mandatory attendance at all daily safety briefings. **Requirements** ● Degree in **Civil Engineering**, with an **active professional license for a minimum of 7 years**, and preferably with **postgraduate studies related to the construction sector.** ● **7 to 10 years’ experience as a Resident Engineer.** ● Experience in construction of **schools, factories, or industrial facilities.** ● Knowledge of **Lean Construction methodology, Last Planner System, and project management.** ● Proficiency in **AutoCAD, REVIT, PROJECT, and OFFICE.** ● Desired certifications/training in: **Standard G-050, First Aid, Ergonomics, Fire Extinguisher Handling.** **Key Competencies** ● Leadership. ● Proactivity. ● Teamwork. ● Functional and technical skills. ● Customer orientation. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Adaptability to change. **Location:** Surco, Lima, with willingness to work on-site outside Lima. **Ready to join our team?** Send your updated CV to: reclutamiento@mc-metco.com Attn: Cristina Mendoza Subject line: *Resident Construction Engineer* - **Applicants not meeting the profile requirements are requested not to apply.** *Help us build Peru—together.* ***MC METCO*** *– Quality that leaves a mark.* Employment type: Full-time Salary: From S/.5,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
