Job Summary: We are seeking a salesperson for in-person customer service, advisory, sales closing, and order management of educational toys and teaching materials. Key Highlights: 1. In-person customer service and advisory on educational toys. 2. Sales closing and customer retention. 3. Order management and in-store administrative tasks. SALES PERSON Didactoys is a company dedicated to the sale and importation of educational toys and teaching materials. We operate physical stores and warehouses in Mesa Redonda, and we are also present on most major marketplaces as well as through our own website: didactoysperu.com. We are currently looking for personnel to join our in-person team at a new sales point in Cercado de Lima. Job Description: Work at store / point of sale. Salesperson (Male/Female) at store: In-person customer service. Provide timely information about toys, including their features and functions, as requested by customers. Advise and retain customers; maintain a contact list of key customers. Ability to close sales with customers in person and via WhatsApp. Operate the sales system and perform cash reconciliation. Coordinate with the warehouse to prepare orders as specified in quotations; maintain constant communication with customers in case of any issues. Generate delivery notes, receipts, invoices, etc. Assist with administrative tasks, control, and inventory. Ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace. Requirements: - Reside near the area. - Demonstrated punctuality and responsibility. - Minimum one year of experience in in-person sales. - Completed secondary education. - Preferred: Technical or university studies in Early Childhood Education, Administration, or related fields. - Young, proactive individual with good interpersonal skills. Store Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: Starting from S/.1,600.00 per month.
