Learn about our Senior Data Strategist Specialist opening. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the strategic data roadmap across multiple domains, ensuring dependencies, milestones, and resource prioritization. * Act as a business partner, facilitating adoption of data technologies, identifying opportunities, and co-designing data-product-oriented solutions. * Serve as an ambassador for the Data Mesh model, promoting the organizational culture required for business units to assume ownership and autonomy over their data domains. * Drive data literacy and self-service programs, enabling the business to adopt new ways of working based on data products. * Ensure achievement of OKRs, KPIs, and financial commitments of the management team (budget, contracts, FinOps). * Propose and implement frameworks, processes, and practices that streamline internal management operations. * Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within the management team (operations, reporting, performance, culture). * Manage budget, contracts, and consumption of data platforms jointly with IT/FinOps, providing efficiency analysis and optimization recommendations. * Represent the management team in cross-functional data forums, communicating progress and challenges to strategic stakeholders. **Requirements:** Degree in Engineering, Quantitative Methods, Economics/Administration, Systems, or Business/Data Analytics Experience in data program management, digital transformation, or strategic consulting Between 3 and 6 years of experience in data programs, analytics, digital transformation, or strategic management Experience in digital/data-driven transformation programs Proficiency in agile methodologies, portfolio management, and OKRs Budget, contract, vendor, and FinOps practice management Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and BI tools **Offer Conditions:** **Benefits:** * Training and courses * Beverages and snacks * Additional parental leave * Flexible working hours * Additional parental leave
