Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in rural development processes, with emphasis on: * Experience in WASH infrastructure diagnostics and service level assessments. * Experience in coordinating WASH implementation with multiple investment partners. * Experience in resource management for developing activities with other stakeholders. * Experience in water governance processes. * Experience in leading work teams under normal conditions and during emergencies. * Experience in establishing water systems through well drilling and surface water sources. * Formation of water management committees. * Construction of water projects. * Coordination with community structures (water committees), municipalities and associations of municipalities.
