Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of project activities in the field, in full communication and coordination with the supervisor and technical coordinator of the project, as well as local and/or national partners, and in accordance with World Vision Honduras’ and the donor’s policies, procedures, and methodologies, contributing to facilitating appropriate access to sustainable water supply and sanitation systems in beneficiary communities. JOB REQUIREMENTS: LOCATION: PATUCA, OLANCHO Academic Qualifications: University degree in Civil Engineering, Water and Sanitation Technician, Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Dendrology or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in rural development processes, with emphasis on: * Experience in WASH infrastructure diagnostics and service level assessments. * Experience in coordinating WASH implementation with multiple investment partners. * Experience in resource management for developing activities with other stakeholders. * Experience in water governance processes. * Experience in leading work teams under normal conditions and during emergencies. * Experience in establishing water systems through well drilling and surface water sources. * Formation of water management committees. * Construction of water projects. * Coordination with community structures (water committees), municipalities and associations of municipalities.
