Propose improvements to administrative processes for greater efficiency. **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the company’s administrative processes, ensuring proper internal operations, compliance with procedures, and efficient support to various departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the company’s administrative and operational processes. * Manage administrative documentation, contracts, files, and reports. * Support payment processing, billing, expense control, and coordination with accounting. * Monitor suppliers and general services. * Assist internal departments on administrative and management matters. * Propose improvements to administrative processes for greater efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and established procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of administrative management and document control. * Proficiency in Excel and office tools (intermediate level preferred). * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and follow-up capability.
