We are currently seeking an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR**. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in working at heights / electrical work. * Availability to work both in the field and in the office. * Knowledge of environmental, safety, and environmental sanitation topics. * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (optional). **Responsibilities:** * Verify and comply with daily schedules, ensuring that all activities conducted before, during, and after service execution are carried out safely. * Adhere to work procedures and organizational standards, and remain available for any last-minute changes. * Supervise field personnel, verifying that they possess appropriate PPE, materials, and necessary documentation for scheduled service execution. * Conduct training sessions for staff and/or clients as scheduled, covering our services. * Perform technical visits to clients according to schedule. * Conduct unannounced visits to work teams at client sites to assess improvements. * Develop procedures, instructions, flowcharts, and other operational area documents as required, in coordination with the SIG Coordinator. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Contact: 999 882 531 / 971 660 809 **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration (statutory benefits) * Ongoing training opportunities * Bonuses and paid overtime * Career development path Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: PEN 1,200.00 – PEN 1,400.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to travel as scheduled? * Are you available to work on SUNDAYS in the field?
