




The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support in personnel management, ensuring compliance with labor obligations and the proper administration of departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and control of payroll and employee registers. * Calculation of social benefits and severance payments. * Management and updating of T-Register and PLAME. * Administration of supplementary insurance and related personnel procedures. * Support in administrative tasks and compliance with labor obligations. * Coordination with other departments to maintain up-to-date personnel information. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in mining, industrial, or construction companies). * Basic knowledge of current labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, filters). * Experience with T-Register, PLAME, and severance calculations. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. * Effective communication and discretion when handling confidential information.
