




**Technology product distribution company** seeks a professional to serve as **Technical Support Specialist (Lima)** \-Technical studies in Electronics, IT, Networks and Communications, or related fields. \-Availability to work in Cercado de Lima. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Experience in repair and maintenance of technology products such as: \-Power Supplies (Mandatory) \-Computers \-Security Cameras \-Printers, and others \-Experience in configuring and administering email systems on websites. \-Knowledge of cutting-edge technology products. \-Management of wireless networks, switches, and routers. \-Proficiency in Windows and Linux servers. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Repair generic and certified power supplies, preventing warranty stockpiling in our warehouse. \-Prepare warranty reports. \-Provide technical guidance and advice to customers; propose alternative solutions to problems or incidents. \-Perform technical support and maintenance of the company’s computing equipment. \-Configure user profiles, email accounts, and access rights for new employees. \-Conduct testing prior to system implementation. \-Ensure proper use of company-assigned equipment by users. \-Provide support to the Logistics department. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application question(s): * Date of birth * Are you available to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM? * What is your expected salary? * What is your level of expertise in repairing computer power supplies?
