With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and achieve greater impact. **Job Description:** Supervise the proper execution of quality control tests for geosynthetics installation, earthworks, and civil works, ensuring compliance with project quality standards. **Job Responsibilities:** * Inspect geosynthetics and civil works installation. * Record and report progress and non-conformities. * Support supervising engineers in verifying field procedures. * Verify compliance with safety requirements for assigned activities. * Inspect geosynthetics and civil works installation. * Inspect and supervise quality control tests conducted by the construction contractor, both on-site and in the laboratory. * Audit and verify certification and validity of calibration for the contractor’s measurement and testing equipment. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Technical or university-level professionals in related disciplines (degree-holders). * Minimum verifiable experience of 8 years supervising geosynthetics installation and civil works. * Experience in mining. * Valid Class A-1 driver’s license. * Experience in advanced application of CQA standards and regulations in mining; handling technical field records and reports; laboratory auditing and test validation. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; material and welding quality testing. * Postgraduate diploma in Quality Management. * Ability to identify and report technical and quality deviations. * Teamwork capability, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability for field work in Cajamarca, under rotating shifts and an atypical 14x7 work schedule.
