




* **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Cook for our restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum two years’ prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 30 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area, storage areas, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in your assigned work area. * Rotation across kitchen stations: hot line, cold station, grill. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
