**Job Description** At Somos Ciencias Academy, we are committed to Inspiring and Restoring Confidence. We are currently seeking TALENT for the position of **Tutor**. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitor students’ grades, identifying areas of greatest and least difficulty. * Conduct brief 10- to 15-minute conversations with students at the start of their activities. * Oversee class delivery, classroom discipline, and teaching materials. * Grade exams using the academy’s virtual application. * Administer timed exams. * Print teaching materials for classroom use. * Maintain communication with parents, updating them on their children’s progress. * Serve as the liaison between students, administration, and teachers. **Requirements:** * University students in final semesters or graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Work, and/or Law (not mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and spreadsheets. * Must have prior experience in pre-university academies. **Benefits:** * Training through our Tutor School * Pleasant work environment **Salary: S/1300** Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), including a 1-hour lunch break.
