Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the analysis, improvement, and monitoring of operational, logistics, and production processes, as well as the preparation of reports and indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Development in Operations, Logistics, Production, and Process Improvement. 2. Key support in the analysis and improvement of operational processes. 3. Preparation and updating of management reports and indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Knowledge of processes, logistics, warehousing, and/or production. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs) is desirable. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support process mapping, analysis, and improvement of operational processes. * Prepare and update management reports and indicators (KPIs). * Monitor production, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution processes. * Support the development of forms, procedures, and internal controls. * Analyze operational data and propose improvement opportunities. * Track completion of activities and adherence to established timelines. * Support inventory management, stock control, and warehouse organization. * Prepare reports using Excel to facilitate decision-making. * Provide support to the Operations department as required. **Profile:** We seek a candidate interested in developing expertise in **Operations, Logistics, Production, and Process Improvement**.
