Responsibilities: * Customer assistance and advisory services. * Customer reception, guidance, and escorting. * Cash handling, billing, and POS operations. * Reservation coordination and support to the front desk team. * Room preparation and setup. * Supervision of cleaning, organization, and supplies. * Providing courtesy services and support to therapists. * Monitoring session times and closing customer service interactions. Requirements: * Experience in customer service (preferred). * Excellent communication skills and positive attitude. * A person **open to change**, **easily adaptable**, **responsible**, and **punctual**. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
