**Sterilization Center Technician – San Sebastián Clinic** **Location:** San Martín de Porres – Lima **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Job Description:** At **San Sebastián Clinic**, we are seeking a responsible **Sterilization Center Technician** to ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and control of medical\-surgical materials, complying with the institution’s biosafety and quality protocols. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reception, classification, and cleaning of medical and surgical materials. * Operation and monitoring of sterilization equipment (autoclave or others). * Verification of physical, chemical, and biological indicators of the sterilization process. * Recordkeeping and monitoring of processes, dates, and traceability of sterilized materials. * Proper storage of sterile materials. * Strict compliance with biosafety and infection prevention protocols. * Coordination with clinical departments for timely delivery of materials. **Requirements:** * Certified or graduating technician in Nursing, Sterilization Center, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sterilization center (preferred). * Knowledge of biosafety and infection control standards. * Proficiency in autoclave operation and medical instrumentation. * Orderliness, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow protocols. **Competencies:** * Empathy * Quality-oriented attention * Effective communication * Teamwork * High sense of responsibility **Benefits:** * Opportunity to join a solid organization. * Pleasant work environment and positive workplace climate. * Ongoing training.
