




We are seeking a strategic professional in communications and content who will work hand-in-hand with management to lead the **communications strategy.** **Key Responsibilities** * Design and lead the **integrated communications and content strategy** for the group’s four brands. * Define **brand positioning, narrative, and communication pillars** per brand. * Develop and oversee the **strategic content plan and calendar**. * Collaborate with management as a **co-strategist for brand and positioning**. * Coordinate and guide the work of the **filmmaker and creative team**. * Supervise conceptualization, scripts, campaigns, and audiovisual assets. * Analyze communications metrics and present **insights and strategic improvements**. * Monitor trends, competition, and brand growth opportunities. * Ensure alignment among **branding, storytelling, and business objectives**. **Candidate Profile** * Degree in **Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in strategic content or communications roles. * Expertise in content strategy and brand positioning. * Multichannel campaigns and narratives. * Creative teams and audiovisual production. * **Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented** thinking. * Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment. * Ability to lead projects, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple brands. * Experience in **healthcare, aesthetics, or premium services** is desirable (but not mandatory). **Work Modality and Benefits** *(adjust according to your reality)* * Modality: In-person * Schedule: Full-time * Opportunity for growth and strategic development * Direct collaboration with management and brand leadership Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
