Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement analyst/supervisor/manager with proven experience in institutional procurement, supplier portfolio management, and the ability to optimize processes and negotiate effectively. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in institutional procurement (minimum 3 years) 2. Ability to search for, attract, and negotiate with new suppliers 3. Inventory coordination and control, and process improvements With proven experience in institutional procurement (minimum 03 years) as a procurement analyst / procurement supervisor / Procurement Manager Possess a supplier portfolio * Review previous day’s departmental purchase orders and/or requirements (monthly, weekly, emergency). * Procure operational supplies as well as spare parts for motor vehicles. * Validate requirements, quotations, and system entries (Sidige). * Process various procurement-related documents. * Track purchase requests from branch offices. * Register, update, and validate supplier and supply codes in the system. * Search for, attract, and negotiate with new suppliers. * Implement improvements to current departmental processes. * Coordinate, control, and validate inventories at branch offices. * Analyze inventory results and provide recommendations. * Monitor average cost control. * Improve credit terms with suppliers. * Present departmental KPIs\- Supplier standardization. * Establish framework agreements.\- Organize and control overall inventory. * Comply with internal company policies specified in the Internal Work Regulations. * Comply with Megapack Trading’s SSMA standards. * Use basic safety equipment and any additional equipment required according to job type. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.\- In the absence of the direct supervisor, report to that supervisor’s superior and so on.
