Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Worker with experience in managing finished goods, responsible for receiving, storing, and conducting quality control of merchandise. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication and maintenance of organizational climate We are looking for **1 Warehouse Worker** for our Chilca warehouse, located above Papa León School. PROFILE * Minimum 1 year of experience in finished goods warehouse operations. * Advanced Excel skills at user level. * Must reside in nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Properly receive merchandise. * Accurately store scaffolding locations and ensure this information is reflected in the SAP system. * Attend to commercial department requirements. * Immediately update order statuses. * Print shipping guides. * Conduct quality control on products designated by the direct supervisor. * Correctly receive returns and transfers. * Maintain effective communication with all management levels, department heads, and stores to ensure optimal customer service. * Ensure a positive organizational climate to support employee job performance. * Perform other related or complementary duties aligned with the primary role to comprehensively and timely achieve the position’s and respective department’s objectives, in coordination with the Regional Store Supervisor and/or store leader. CONSIDERATIONS * Immediate availability. * Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays 8:30 AM–12:45 PM. * Location: Chilca. * Full payroll registration. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * EsSalud insurance enrollment. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
