*At PORCELATINO SAC, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of* ***Occupational Nurse*** *in the Occupational Health Department of our company located in Chilca (Cañete).* *We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware nationwide and internationally.* **What do you need?** *\- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (mandatory)* *\- Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health (not mandatory)* *\- Specializations and/or courses related to occupational health, emergencies, etc. (desirable)* *\- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (desirable)* *\- Availability to work under an atypical work regime (21x7) in Chilca (Cañete) (mandatory)* **What will be your responsibilities?** *\- Support general occupational medical surveillance activities to contribute to the prevention, timely detection, and follow-up of workers’ health issues.* *\- Provide support for primary healthcare services to contribute to preventive healthcare and worker well-being.* *\- Manage employees’ clinical records (filing documents).* *\- Prepare a monthly report of activities performed to contribute this information toward developing departmental indicators.* *\- Manage and coordinate the execution of medical examinations.* *\- Administer first aid in case of accidents or other life-threatening incidents affecting personnel at the workplace.* *\- Participate in health and safety awareness programs or talks, especially those focused on occupational health and safety.* *\- Monitor occupational accidents and provide accompanying support.* *\- Participate in the company’s risk assessment studies.* *\- Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor, the company, and/or similar responsibilities.* **What do we offer?** *\- Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.* *\- Mobility allowance and opportunity for overtime pay.* *\- 100% meal provision and on-site accommodation (if required).* *\- Work schedule: 21x7 (day and night shifts).* *\- Opportunity to join a large, stable company.* Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * Do you have availability to work in Chilca (Cañete)?
