We are currently seeking a **Surveyor** specialized in sanitary installations (fire-fighting water systems, water pumps, etc.) who meets the following requirements: **Requirements** \- Technical or university-level studies in technical drawing, construction technology, industrial engineering, civil engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum one year of experience in the preferred field. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). \- Basic knowledge of fire-fighting water systems, constant pressure systems, sump systems, fire detection and alarm systems, and HVAC is preferred. \- Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting. **Responsibilities** \- Identify, in coordination with the client and/or project consultants, inconsistencies in drawings that may lead to subsequent errors. \- Analyze project descriptive specifications. \- Perform quantity take-offs and define the materials list for each project. \- Establish project execution timelines and required personnel. \- Evaluate material and labor costs for each project prior to approval by the Project Manager. \- Develop project budgets, including applicable discounts, while adhering to defined margins. \- Coordinate with project consultants and the Head of Engineering and Projects to prioritize budget preparation. \- Work with project supervisors and the Head of Engineering and Projects to standardize the materials list. \- Update quantity take-offs for budgets older than six months. \- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare budgets for additional work on site. \- Review and validate quantity take-offs submitted by contracted companies for on-site execution. \- Report budget preparation output and quantity take-off timelines, including dates of budget receipt and delivery. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration from the first day of work. \- Transportation allowance. \- All statutory benefits as stipulated by law.
