What would your responsibilities be? * Ensure adherence to defined methodologies and objectives, guaranteeing that the assigned team delivers business value and managing necessary resources for proper product definition through sprint scheduling and planning. * Lead the research process and identification of user needs, demonstrating strong empathy to define and validate the user problem, achieving a clear understanding of user requirements. * Plan and manage experiments conducted during each sprint in close collaboration with UX/UI and Development teams to validate hypotheses related to the product. * Measure and monitor product growth KPIs, using insights gained to inform and prioritize design and development initiatives. * Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of products, services, and processes, aiming to optimize customer experience. * Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark future trends relevant to the type of system being developed. What qualifications do you need? * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience using organizational tools such as Trello and Miro. * Experience developing high-impact presentations. * Minimum two years’ experience as a Product Owner, plus three to four years’ experience in Digital Marketing analysis.
