A retail company with nationwide presence across 3 departments seeks to add a reliable, proactive, and organized professional to its team as an Accounting Administrative Assistant.
**Requirements:**
Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Administration and/or related fields.
Prior experience in administrative, accounting, and/or payroll management.
Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Drive, and accounting platforms.
Experience leading administrative and accounting tasks.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Intermediate-level Excel skills; knowledge of ConcAr.
Issuance of Payment Receipts (Invoices, Waybills, others).
Monthly accounting entries in the system (Purchases – Sales – Provisions).
SUNAT taxes, monthly and annual PDTs.
Payroll management: recording of income and expenses, calculation of remunerations.
Submission of data, validation of HR records, monthly reports, and payments to employees and contractors.
Document administration: updating databases, receipts, and reports.
Coordination: personnel updates, benefits, special inquiries, and payment follow-up.
