Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Assistant for a telecommunications company, with or without experience, to support daily installations and work at heights, receiving continuous training. Opportunity for promotion based on performance A reputable telecommunications company is currently recruiting personnel WITH OR WITHOUT experience to work as a Technician or Assistant \- **WITH A-1 MECHANICAL DRIVER'S LICENSE** at its Tacna branch. **The following qualifications are mandatory for this position:** \- Valid A-1 driver's license \- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle \- Availability of parking space (as a company vehicle will be assigned) **Benefits:** \- Salary: S/1,300.00 \+ (average commissions of S/1,000) \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (vacation, CTS, insurance, Essalud) \- Provision of a company vehicle for commuting between your residence and workplace, and vice versa. *(You will save on transportation costs)* \- Opportunity for promotion based on performance. \- Additional bonus of S/600.00 (welcome bonus for the first three months) \- Opportunity for promotion based on performance. **Working Hours:** 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (one day off per week) **Responsibilities:** \- Assist installation technicians in carrying out daily installations \- Provide support with ladders, tools, and safety equipment \- Perform installation tasks at heights / on poles (training and certification will be provided) \- Receive ongoing job-specific training to become a qualified technician. ***If you meet the profile or possess the required license and willingness, do not hesitate to apply!*** Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you hold an A-1 driver's license?
