Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for mining projects, responsible for the comprehensive management of expansion, optimization, and modernization projects of concentrator plants. Key Highlights: 1. Lead multidisciplinary mining projects 2. Comprehensive management of concentrator plants 3. Experience across all project phases: from engineering to commissioning We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** with mining experience to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree and professional license (registered) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of experience in mining projects** (mandatory). * Experience in comprehensive project management for expansion, optimization, and modernization of concentrator plants. * Experience in planning, directing, controlling, and executing multidisciplinary projects. * Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Preferred: Specialized studies or diplomas in project management, project leadership, project planning and control, or related areas. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **MS Project** * **AutoCAD** * **Inventor** * **Tekla Structures** * **Navisworks** * **SAP2000** * Project planning and control. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules. * Cost, resource, progress, and productivity management. * Multidisciplinary coordination and contractor management. **ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work under a **14x7** schedule. * Immediate availability. * Experience in mining units and concentrator plants.
