




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage daily store operations, achieve sales and marketing objectives, and supervise inventory and merchandise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage store operations and ensure sales targets. 2. Implement visual merchandising and create social media content. 3. Supervise inventory, goods receipt, and dispatch. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or university program in Administration or related field. * Minimum 6 months of certified experience as a Store Administrator or Store Supervisor in the retail sector. * Knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, cash reconciliations, credit notes, and marketing techniques. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * **Responsibilities** * **Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.** * **Implement visual merchandising in the store.** * **Responsible for store opening and closing procedures.** * **Supervise and participate in the physical inventory of the warehouse.** * **Supervise the quantity and quality of goods receipt and dispatch according to demand area requirements.** * **Responsible for and participate in accurate cash reconciliation.** * **Coordinate in-store exchanges and/or returns with the inventory department.** * **Create social media content.** * Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and strengthen loyalty among existing customers. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,131.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
