You will guide and coordinate project teams, supporting their integration and professional growth. You will plan Workday configuration activities, lead and manage design review and prototyping sessions, and support clients during data conversion or integration activities. You will be responsible for establishing robust business cases to enhance technology capabilities and/or modernize the HR function—clearly communicating the agenda, approach, and expectations to deliver strategic value to clients. Leveraging your experience, you will contribute specialized HR transformation expertise and provide recommendations that align projects with client strategies, as well as efficiently and innovatively resolve complex challenges.
