We are looking for **01 EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and evaluate the performance of technical staff. * Execute and oversee construction work according to technical specifications and quality standards. * Plan, coordinate, and allocate daily maintenance and operation activities. * Efficiently manage human resources, machinery, materials, and supplies. * Ensure equipment operational readiness and adherence to maintenance schedules. * Safeguard assets and ensure compliance with operational procedures. * Monitor physical progress of construction work and optimize use of available resources. * Prepare, validate, and submit operational, technical, and administrative reports. * Authorize and supervise expenses related to construction site operations. * Coordinate responses to emergencies or disruptions affecting work execution. * Comply with and enforce Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Promptly report incidents, accidents, and any other relevant situations to management. * Submit monthly and final reports on construction work execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Team Leader, or Mechanical Technician. * Minimum 3 years of experience in earthmoving projects within the mining industry. * Specialized training or courses related to the position. * Valid A2B driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule. **Benefits:** * Salary above market rate. * Opportunity for professional growth.
