Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for the agricultural sector, responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse operations, inventory management, and industrial safety. Ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards On behalf of our client in the Agricultural Sector, we are currently searching for an Operations Supervisor. Requirements: University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Warehouse Management. Training in safe operation of forklifts or warehouse equipment (desirable). Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions. Experience in inventory management and knowledge of logistics processes oriented toward implementation of performance indicators. Knowledge of safe material handling, preferably chemical products or fertilizers. ERP system proficiency (mandatory). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Basic-level Power BI proficiency. Valid A2B driver's license (desirable). Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise scheduling of warehouse operations (receiving, dispatching, bagging, mixing, and transshipment), ensuring availability of resources, space, and equipment for proper execution. Timely reporting of schedules to PCO. Supervise execution of receiving, storage, transformation (mixing and bagging), and dispatching operations, ensuring adherence to the operational plan. Supervise and control entry, servicing, and exit of transport units at the warehouse, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Supervise and validate scheduled physical inventories and ensure correct product traceability through stock reviews, tags, and operational documentation. Supervise storage conditions and product quality, coordinating inspections, sampling, and identification of aged products.
