




"La Baguette", prestigious chain of cafés, bakeries, and pastry shops with over 50 years of history, is seeking top talent to join our team as a Production Assistant for our bakery workshop. **Main responsibilities:** * Receive and store merchandise coming from the production area. * Perform micro-dosing and weighing of ingredients according to bakery and pastry recipes. * Distribute weighed ingredients to various pastry and production areas. * Monitor and track ingredient inventory. * Register invoices, receipts, waybills, and requisitions in the ERP system. * Supervise and maintain order in the area’s warehouse. **Candidate profile:** * Completed or ongoing technical studies in Food Industries or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or production areas (micro-dosing experience preferred). * Availability to work in San Isidro. * Availability to work a 48-hour weekly schedule on rotating shifts (day shifts). * Knowledge of management systems (Inforest, ERP, SAP or others). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Key competencies:** * High level of concentration. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Ongoing training and development opportunities. * Corporate discounts across all our brands.
