Job Summary: We are seeking professionals with experience in human resources administration and management to perform key functions in the preparation and submission of employment contracts, payroll registers, and settlement statements. Opportunity to propose process improvements REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Immediate availability. * Experience managing social media. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and submission of employment contracts to the Ministry of Labor. * Registration in T-Register, PLAME declarations, PDT, AFP Net. * Preparation of settlement statements. * Preparation of payroll payment registers and evaluation of reports from all departments. * Processing payments via Honorarium Receipts. * Scheduling of bonus and vacation payments. * Proposing improvement ideas for each position. * And other related duties. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday: 6:40 am – 4:40 pm * Saturdays: 6:40 am – 2:30 pm BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration starting from the 4th month + statutory benefits. * Job-related training opportunities. * Employment certificate.
