MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Web Development and Architecture * Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable websites, landing pages, blogs, and intranets. * Participate in defining technical architecture, component structure, and development standards. * Implement fast, accessible, responsive, and SEO-friendly interfaces using modern technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, frameworks such as React or Next.js). 2. Technical SEO and Performance Optimization * Apply technical SEO practices (indexing, crawlability, semantic structure, sitemap, Core Web Vitals, etc.). * Optimize site loading speed, user experience, and overall performance. * Collaborate with content and growth teams to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic. 3. Analytics, Tagging, and Tracking * Implement and manage measurement systems for each project (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.). * Configure events, conversions, and UTM parameters for campaigns. * Ensure end-to-end user traceability from acquisition to conversion. * Document and keep updated the tracking map for each digital asset. 4. Support for Growth & Data * Actively participate in planning Growth experiments by providing technical solutions for A/B testing, personalization, or automation. * Connect web assets with BI tools, CRM, and automation platforms. * Implement technical dashboards (e.g., via APIs or Data Layer) for monitoring key metrics. 5. Interdisciplinary Collaboration * Work closely with design, growth, marketing, and data teams on the technical design of new digital products. * Document processes, best practices, and technical standards for future scalability. * Propose continuous improvements based on user behavior insights and web performance data.
