We are currently looking for personnel for the operations department in the following fields or related areas: * Networks and Telecommunications * Telecommunications Engineering, IT, Systems and/or related fields * Information Systems Administration Responsibilities: * Configuration of network equipment: routers, switches, ONUs, OLTs. * Configuration and optimization of GPON, FTTH, and Wireless networks. * Monitoring and maintenance of the network to ensure stable service. * Diagnosis and resolution of network issues, including latency, packet loss, and congestion. * Management and optimization of IPv4/IPv6 and IP addressing. * Configuration of VLANs, QoS, Firewalls, VPNs, and network security. * Technical support to ISP clients. * Operation of OLT and MikroTik devices. * Assignment of work orders to technical staff.
