If you possess the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and advance you to the next level. **Job Description:** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **EDUCATION:** Completed secondary education **EXPERIENCE** Preferably at least one year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Properly condition and recondition products while handling documentation required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this position. Additional responsibilities and/or duties may be assigned as appropriate. * Clear the production line in your conditioning area. * Perform operational tasks such as: fitting, labeling, bagging, sealing bags, and sleeving. * Adhere to established procedures and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Record all information related to the conditioning or reconditioning process in the conditioning and reconditioning log. * Prepare materials on the conditioning and reconditioning line prior to initiating the process. * Report any difficulties encountered during operations or inspections, or equipment defects used in the conditioning and reconditioning process, to the Production Supervisor. * Operate equipment appropriately to maintain it in good condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized. + Perform packaging of conditioned products when assigned, ensuring the following: Verify that the product meets the physical specifications requested by the customer: batch code, labels, expiration date, etc. + Notify the Quality Control Supervisor to verify quantities to be packaged and obtain approval; then close the boxes. + Assemble pallets and report conditioned units. + Deliver pallets to the warehouse handler. + Always use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) for your process. + Maintain concentration and avoid exposure to hazards in conditioning areas. + Do not use inappropriate tools on production lines or handle materials without proper protection as specified for designated processes. + Comply with procedures outlined in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Report punctually to your assigned workstation. + Do not leave your post before the process is completed. + Perform assigned tasks with full concentration to ensure quality output, avoiding rework or rejection by Quality Control. * Other duties not otherwise specified, as expressly assigned by the employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Perform duties in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin. (Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:48 PM; Sat: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM).
