Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and oversee construction execution, monitor team performance, and ensure schedule and progress compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and oversight of construction execution. 2. Control and monitoring of the site supervision team. 3. Schedule and progress management and tracking. **Main Responsibilities** * **Construction Supervision** * Oversee field construction work execution. * Verify that work items are carried out in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Identify on-site deviations and request corrective actions. * **Supervisor Control** * Supervise the performance of site supervisors. * Monitor fulfillment of their duties and responsibilities. * Require submission of daily reports and adherence to schedules. * **Schedule Monitoring** * Review and monitor the construction schedule. * Verify that field progress aligns with the planned schedule. * Alert delays and request corrective actions. * **Progress Control** * Review physical progress of construction works. * Validate executed measurements and ongoing work items. * Prepare progress reports for coordination. * **Communication and Reporting** * Maintain constant communication with coordination and operations teams. * Report incidents, delays, or issues identified on site. * Submit periodic reports on the status of supervised projects. **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Architecture preferred). * Experience in construction supervision or execution. * Ability to oversee field work and enforce compliance by the construction team. **Compensation:** between S/1500 and S/2000\.
